Today, we are placing our new little digital plush companion in your hands: Choupy. Please be gentle with him: he arrives with plenty of goodwill, a gentle way of helping, and one simple mission: to help you when you need a hand on BoxToPlay.

Choupy is our new support assistant. He is available on our Discord and directly from our website, so you can ask common questions and get guidance faster when something blocks your server or your project.

Easier help for everyday questions

Having an issue with your Minecraft server? A question about your VPS? Not sure about a configuration, an access problem, an error message, or an action in the panel? Just ask Choupy, and he will guide you step by step with the useful information.

The goal is not to replace our team, but to give you a simpler and faster first point of contact, available when you need it. If a situation requires human intervention, Choupy can also point you toward the right support path.

On Discord, Choupy can answer in the dedicated spaces and help you explain what is blocking you. On the website, he becomes a discreet companion for finding information, understanding a step, or moving forward when the answer is straightforward.
