CREATING YOUR SUBSCRIPTION
Following the approval of your order, BoxToPlay.com creates your server as soon as possible. Your server is leased by one month period (the rental minimum period is one month). Prices shown are fixed and non-negotiable. A subscription can be canceled at any time by the customer before the maturity date, however the subscription in progress will not be refunded.
PAYMENT METHOD
ByteLogic is associated with PayPal, Paytabs, Paysafecard and Allopass to propose to his customers the credit card payment ( CB, VISA, phone, etc..) or PayPal credit and in this capacity is a completely reliable and secure service.
MANAGEMENT AND MAINTENANCE OF THE SERVICES
If anything unexpected happens ByteLogic will only manage technical issues related to the basic installation service. In no event BoxToPlay.com can manage issues related to the operation or management of the service. Furthermore, BoxToPlay.com cannot be responsible for any errors that occurred as a result of misuse of the service by the customer.
BREAK IN SERVICE
In case of service interruption exceeding 5 consecutive days, following a technical problem independent of our will (problem with the network of our direct supplier , server hardware problem..), the repayment of subscription in progress will be done in proportion to the downtime of the server. No other compensation of whatever nature will be possible. In all other cases if ByteLogic so desires, an exceptional commercial gesture can be discussed between ByteLogic and customers.
RESERVES AND BREACH OF THE SUBSCRIPTION
ByteLogic reserves at any time the right to modify or change the pricing for the service. The customer can accept the changes or refuse them and cancel their subscription. The customer has no obligation to renew the subscription and can cancel it at any time their rent or decide not to renew it. BoxToPlay.com reserves the right to close without previous notice the service and to cancel the subscription of the customer without possible refunding if a breach is noticed by ByteLogic as for example the use the service in a purpose representing any activities punished by french or international laws.
CANCELLATIONS AND COOLING OFF
You may change your mind for any or no reason and receive a full refund of all monies paid within fourteen days (the “Cooling-off Period”). Refunds will not, however, be provided if you have accessed your service at any time during the Cooling-off Period.
OBLIGATIONS OF THE CUSTOMER
By signing a subscription to a service BoxToPlay.com, the customer recognizes they acquaint and accept the general conditions of BoxToPlay.com as well as the diverse use options and the payment conditions proposed by BoxToPlay.com. The customer also undertakes to respect the whole regulations applicable to the distribution of information on the Internet and to use the service normally without committing damages to the services proposed by BoxToPlay.com. The customer has to know how to use one and cannot in charge ByteLogic if they make manipulation errors which can damage the quality of the service.
Under penalty of permanent suspension without refund, the customer must not do any of the following :
- Outbound DDoS attacks
- Emails spam
- Network port scanning
As well as any other actions prohibited by the computer laws.
AUTHORIZATION AND USE OF DATA COLLECTION
ByteLogic tries hard to protect the private life of users by respecting the regulations in force in this respect. ByteLogic makes a commitment to never reveal your information to third parties for commercial reasons or for statistical purposes.
