BoxToPlay Partner Program Terms

Activating the partner space constitutes acceptance of the version of these terms displayed at the time of activation.

Partner links must be used fairly and must not mislead the public.

Fraud, spam, misleading promotion, self-referral and any attempt to manipulate the program are prohibited.

Participation in the program does not authorize the partner to present themselves as an official representative, employee or agent of BoxToPlay.

The partner remains responsible for the content, messages and materials they use to promote BoxToPlay.

Commissions are calculated on eligible payments attributed to the partner, according to the settings displayed in the partner space.

Commissions become available after the validation period indicated in the partner space.

A refund, cancellation, payment dispute or irregular transaction may result in the corresponding commission being cancelled or adjusted.

Statistics and estimates displayed in the partner space are provided for information only and do not guarantee any level of income.

Available commissions may be used on BoxToPlay or submitted for payout according to the methods and thresholds displayed in the partner space.

Any payout request may be reviewed before approval.

A request may be refused, suspended or cancelled in the event of an anomaly, incorrect information or failure to comply with these terms.

The partner remains responsible for their own administrative, accounting and tax obligations relating to the earnings received.

BoxToPlay may suspend or close a partner space in the event of fraud, abuse, misleading promotion or failure to comply with these terms.

Suspension or closure may interrupt link creation, new attributions, new commissions and payout requests.

The processing of pending or available commissions depends on the reason for the suspension or closure and the necessary checks.

BoxToPlay may change the program and these terms. New acceptance may be required when changes are significant.

As part of the partner program, BoxToPlay uses the information necessary for referral attribution, commission calculation, payouts, program security and abuse prevention.

This information is used only for the operation, management, security and monitoring of the partner program.
