OmiHealth is a lightweight Spigot plugin for Minecraft servers compatible with versions 1.8 through 1.16. It adds a craftable Health Upgrade item that permanently increases a player’s maximum health by one heart, creating a clear progression system for Survival and RPG gameplay.

Server administrators can customize the crafting recipe and choose the upgrade item through the configuration. Player health is saved between sessions, while commands let staff view, set, add, remove, or reset maximum health. Permission nodes can limit progression to 20, 40, or 60 health points.
