NoAnimalSpawns is a lightweight Spigot and Paper plugin designed to stop animals from spawning naturally on a Minecraft server. It cancels relevant creature spawn events, helping Factions, Skyblock, and Survival servers maintain cleaner worlds and avoid unwanted animal overpopulation.
The plugin does not affect creatures created by spawners, spawn eggs, commands, or other plugins, making it useful when administrators want to preserve controlled mob access. It includes the simple /nas information command and was tested with Minecraft versions 1.8 through 1.12. At BoxToPlay, we recommend it for focused animal spawn management, alongside the gamerule used to control hostile mobs.
