MCRealistic is a configurable Spigot plugin for a Minecraft server running version 1.17 or later. It expands survival with thirst, fatigue, stamina, illnesses, broken bones, armour weight, weather effects, and temperature management. Rain and snow can make unprotected players freeze, while nearby heat sources provide comfort.

The plugin also changes building physics, allowing unsupported blocks and trees to fall, adds trails, useful medical items, and a challenging pre 1.8 Adventure Mode.
