Administrators can restrict ownership, usage, placement, pickup, dropping, crafting, smelting, brewing, armor wearing, block breaking, and access through the creative menu.
Rules can apply globally or to selected worlds, with permission based bypasses, custom player messages, sounds, particles, and optional world scanning that removes already placed restricted blocks.
