AxGraves, Lootable Death Chests

AxGraves is a lightweight Minecraft server plugin that creates a lootable grave at the location of a player’s death. Instead of scattering equipment across dangerous terrain, it stores inventory items and experience in a temporary death chest, giving players a clear opportunity to recover their belongings without removing the consequences of dying.

Designed for performance and broad compatibility, AxGraves uses packet based visuals and handles much of its work asynchronously. Server owners can control grave ownership, expiration, world blacklists, item storage, experience recovery, automatic armor equipping, holograms, and grave limits. It supports Bukkit, Paper, Spigot, Purpur, and Folia environments. At BoxToPlay, we see it as a practical way to make survival deaths less frustrating while preserving adventure and risk.
