LifestealPlugin is a Minecraft server plugin that adds a high stakes heart stealing system to survival gameplay. When a player kills another player, the victor gains a heart while the defeated player loses one. Deaths can also reduce hearts, depending on the configuration, making every encounter meaningful and encouraging careful alliances, rivalries, and PvP strategy.

Administrators can adjust heart limits, messages, heart drops, physical heart items, elimination rules, and revival options.
