Honeypot, a smart anti grief trap

Honeypot is a customizable anti grief plugin for Java Edition, designed to identify players who target unprotected builds. Any placeable block can become a discreet trap, making suspicious interactions visible to staff while helping deter destructive behavior. It can also assist with spotting Xray users who investigate tempting locations.

Lightweight and practical, the plugin supports configurable responses such as warnings, notifications, kicks, or bans. It is intended to complement protection and rollback tools rather than replace them. On a Minecraft server managed with BoxToPlay, Honeypot adds an extra layer of monitoring with minimal moderator intervention.
