DeadChest, Timed Death Chests for Minecraft Servers

DeadChest is a polished Java plugin that protects player inventories after death. It automatically places dropped items, armor, and optionally experience into a chest at the death location, while a hologram displays the owner and remaining time. Access can stay private for the owner and administrators, or become public according to the server’s rules.

Its two phase loot system supports a private recovery period followed by an optional public phase before the chest expires. Administrators can manage chests in game, configure durations, permissions, worlds, item filters, hologram text, languages, and protection against destruction.
