CustomDiscs Plugin, custom audio for Paper servers

CustomDiscs is a Paper plugin that brings personalised audio to a Minecraft server through the Simple Voice Chat API. It turns music discs, goat horns, and player heads into interactive sound items, letting communities add songs, announcements, ambience, or roleplay effects without replacing vanilla items.

Administrators can assign playback range, horn cooldowns, custom names, and optional Custom Model Data for resource pack visuals. It supports MP3, WAV, and FLAC files, with commands for creating, managing, and reverting custom items. Because playback uses Simple Voice Chat, the mod is required on both server and client.
