CreeperGuard, Creeper Protection for Minecraft Servers

CreeperGuard is a lightweight Java plugin for Bukkit, Paper, Purpur, and Spigot servers. It prevents creeper explosions from breaking or removing blocks, helping protect bases, paths, farms, and decorative builds without changing the survival threat itself.

Nearby players, mobs, and other entities still receive explosion damage, so creepers remain dangerous during exploration and combat. The plugin does not alter the mobGriefing gamerule and includes a simple configuration option plus the /creeperguard command, with cg as an alias, to toggle protection. At BoxToPlay, it is a practical choice for preserving builds while keeping survival gameplay tense.
