BetterKeepInventory, flexible death rules for your Minecraft server

BetterKeepInventory is a Java plugin that expands Minecraft’s KeepInventory gamerule, letting administrators decide what players retain after death and how much risk remains. Instead of making every death harmless, it supports detailed, rule based behavior for different situations.

Configure permissions, worlds, or placeholder conditions, then choose whether to drop selected items, remove experience, reduce tool and armor durability, restore hunger, or take money. It supports Spigot, Paper, and Folia, giving our BoxToPlay Minecraft server setup a practical way to balance survival, rewards, and convenience.
