AutoTool, automatic tool switching for Minecraft servers

AutoTool is a lightweight Java plugin for Spigot based Minecraft servers that automatically selects the most effective item available in a player’s hotbar when they start breaking a block. It recognizes the targeted block and holds the appropriate tool, such as a pickaxe, axe, shovel, hoe, or shears, reducing manual scrolling and keeping mining and harvesting fluid.

Players can toggle the feature with /autotool, while permissions control use, toggling, and configuration reloads. Designed for survival, SkyBlock, and other efficiency focused game modes, it supports many Minecraft versions. At BoxToPlay, we see it as a practical quality of life addition for any Minecraft server.
