Arte is a server side Minecraft plugin and mod designed for large custom resource packs. Instead of delivering one monolithic archive every time an update is made, it divides the pack into separate parts based on namespaces and sends them as multiple server resource packs, a feature introduced in Minecraft 1.20.3.
Players only redownload the sections that have changed, which reduces update times and unnecessary bandwidth use while keeping custom visuals available on the Minecraft server. Arte can host the pack directly from the server, supports Bukkit, Paper, Purpur, Spigot, Fabric, and Quilt, and includes subpack customization. At BoxToPlay, we recommend it for servers that frequently refine extensive textures, models, sounds, or interface assets.
