AnvilColor is a lightweight Bukkit plugin for Minecraft Java Edition that lets players create distinctive item names directly in an anvil. Instead of relying on commands or custom interfaces, users can enter classic ampersand color and formatting codes, such as &c or &l, while renaming an item. It also supports RGB styling through <#hex>Text</#hex> syntax, producing smooth gradients across the name.

Designed for Bukkit, Paper, Purpur, and Spigot servers running Minecraft 1.21.x, the plugin keeps the feature close to vanilla gameplay. Permissions can separate access to classic colors and hexadecimal effects, making AnvilColor a practical personalization tool for our BoxToPlay Minecraft server.
