Simple Snowy Fix for Forge and Fabric
Simple Snowy Fix is a lightweight Minecraft Java mod that corrects vanilla bug MC 119599, which can leave tree leaves without their expected snow in snowy biomes. The problem appears when terrain is generated chunk by chunk and leaves from a neighboring chunk are added after snow has already been placed. The result is especially visible on large or modded trees.
Compatible with Forge and Fabric, as well as NeoForge and Quilt, the mod works server side and in singleplayer, without dependencies. An optional configuration can also allow snow on leaves beneath other leaves, helping our BoxToPlay Minecraft server deliver more consistent winter landscapes.
