MCA Reborn transforms Minecraft villagers into human like NPCs with names, personalities, moods, traits, and individual genetics. Players can chat, give gifts, build relationships, marry villagers, and start families whose children inherit characteristics and gradually grow into independent members of the community.

The mod also expands village life with management systems, ranks, tasks, buildings, guards, adventurers, chores, and multiplayer marriage between players.
