Golden Foods! expands Minecraft’s food system with gold coated versions of familiar vanilla foods, inspired by Golden Apples and Enchanted Golden Apples. Each variant reproduces the corresponding survival effects, turning ordinary meals into expensive emergency supplies for exploration, combat, and difficult server encounters.

Recipes require gold ingots, while enchanted foods depend on the new Golden Food Enchantment, found through a level 30 enchanting table roll using a book. The mod focuses on vanilla foods and supports Forge, Fabric, and NeoForge on both client and server.
