From The Caves is a Forge mod for Minecraft 1.20.1 that turns exploration into a tense adventure horror experience with body horror elements. A stalking demon follows players through caves and across the surface, changing form, observing from a distance, and affecting blocks or mobs through possession.

Its phase system advances when players interact with the entity, while generated structures, lore, and unsettling encounters gradually reveal its story. Crosses, holy water, exorcism mechanics, and special items offer ways to resist the threat.
