Ender Pearl Swap is a Minecraft Java Edition mod for Forge that changes how thrown ender pearls behave. When a pearl directly hits another living entity, such as a player or mob, the thrower and target exchange positions instead of the thrower teleporting to the pearl’s landing point. This creates a tactical movement tool for combat, escapes, traps, and playful server challenges.
The mod also offers a configurable area mode. Rather than requiring a direct hit, a pearl can trigger a swap with entities inside a chosen range, even when it lands nearby. It supports Minecraft 1.16.5, 1.18.2, 1.19.2, and 1.19.4, and must be present on both client and server. Our BoxToPlay Minecraft server setup makes this mechanic easy to enjoy.
