Alshanex’s Familiars, magical companions for Minecraft
Alshanex’s Familiars is an addon for Iron’s Spells ’n Spellbooks that enriches Minecraft 1.20.1 and 1.21.1 exploration with tameable magical creatures. Familiars appear in different biomes and structures, including mountains, forests, the Nether, Ancient Cities, and the End. Players can use Arcane Essence to tame them, then bring them along as loyal companions during their adventures.
Each species has a distinct magical role. Mages channel lightning, Necromancers control undead, Hunters protect their owner, and Druids support nature. Other Familiars provide fire immunity, healing, invisibility, or defensive effects. With client and server support, the mod adds cooperative depth to every Minecraft server, while BoxToPlay makes this magical companion system easy to enjoy.
