Italian Brainrot Minecraft Modpack

Italian Brainrot is a playful Minecraft modpack for Java Edition 1.20.1 with Forge, inspired by the surreal memes popular on TikTok and Instagram. It introduces 32 collectible brainrot creatures, each featuring original animations, sounds, and behavior while preserving Minecraft’s familiar vanilla art style. Some are friendly companions, while others are aggressive threats.

The pack also enhances world generation, adds more than 100 animals, shaders, Distant Horizons support, world sharing, and useful quality of life features. Build zoos, aquariums, or unusual displays, then collect every creature with friends on a Minecraft server. At BoxToPlay, we make this chaotic multiplayer experience easy to enjoy.
