ResidenceSigns is a Bukkit plugin that connects with Residence to make land management more accessible on a Minecraft server. Instead of relying on market commands, players can interact with signs to rent or buy protected residences, while owners can advertise properties for rent or sale.

Rent signs support a price, duration, and optional automatic renewal. ForSale signs display the purchase price, then update their status to show availability, the renter’s name, or a completed sale.
