DragonShouts, Skyrim’s Thu’um in Minecraft

DragonShouts is a classic Bukkit plugin that brings Skyrim’s Dragonborn abilities to a Minecraft server. It adds 23 distinct shouts, each with its own gameplay effect and cooldown, turning combat, exploration, and roleplay into a more dramatic experience.

Players can activate shouts through commands or by typing their words in chat, while RPGMode can restrict command use for adventure focused servers. Permission nodes let administrators control access by shout and power level, and a Ghast Tear can serve as a right click trigger.
