In the ancient city of Pilnam, a strange illness spreads through the streets, while nightmares, madness, and dangerous creatures await around every corner. Your goal is to uncover the city’s secrets and survive its relentless horrors.
Designed for Minecraft Java 1.19 through 1.19.2, the adventure combines exploration, puzzles, strategic combat, and memorable boss encounters. Guns, magic staves, and other weapons reward quick thinking and precise reactions, while unlockable shortcuts make the sprawling gothic city easier to navigate. With six to ten hours of playtime and support for one to four players, it offers a tense experience for a cooperative Minecraft server.
