RCT Badges PokeBadges Compat

This Minecraft datapack adds a clean compatibility layer between Radical Cobblemon Trainers and PokeBadges. In supported fights, gym leaders drop the matching badge item from the badge mod, so victories feel more rewarding and visually consistent on a Minecraft server. It also updates advancement icons to reflect the correct badge rewards.
