Fish Find Love, Fish Breeding is a Minecraft Java Edition datapack that adds fish breeding to survival gameplay. Drop kelp near two adult fish of the same species and, when they are within five blocks, they can reproduce. The system supports cod, salmon, pufferfish, and tropical fish, with heart particles and experience orbs after a successful pairing. Tropical fish may inherit a parent’s appearance, while a smaller chance creates a random variant.

Optional systems also support breeding dolphins, squids, and glow squids through configurable settings, with natural growth and balanced cooldowns.
