Developer’s note: Offhand Torch lets you equip torches, lanterns, and light sources in your offhand slot with a simple right click or screen hold. Dynamic lighting, main hand stays free. Built for Bedrock limitations.

Offhand Torch for Minecraft Bedrock

Offhand Torch is a Minecraft Bedrock add on that brings practical portable lighting to survival gameplay. It lets you equip torches, lanterns, soul variants, and other placeable light sources in the offhand, making them illuminate the area as you explore.

Hold a light source in your main hand, then use a right click on PC or hold the screen on touch devices to move it into the offhand. Your main hand stays available for tools, weapons, or blocks, while achievements remain enabled. At BoxToPlay, we recommend it for any Minecraft server focused on smoother mining, building, and nighttime travel.
