Build Wand is a Minecraft Bedrock add on that turns large scale construction into a quick, controlled process. Hold the wand, tap a block to mark the first position, then select a second corner to define the area. An in game menu lets you choose a vanilla building block and apply it across the selected region.

Depending on its options, the tool can fill a solid volume, create an outline, or apply repeating patterns, with replace controls for existing blocks.
