VelocityTransfer is a lightweight plugin for the Velocity proxy that adds a practical /transfer command to a Java Edition Minecraft server network. It lets the command sender reconnect to a specified host and port, while optional targets can send another player, everyone on the current backend server, or all players connected to the proxy. Transferring other players requires the proxytransfer.others permission, making access easy to control. Supporting Minecraft 1.21.5 and Velocity, this MIT licensed utility is useful for network migrations, maintenance, server redirection, and flexible connections between independent servers.
