Sentinel is a Velocity plugin for Minecraft Java Edition that connects player accounts with Discord through a verification bot. Before joining a Minecraft server network, players can be required to confirm ownership of both accounts, reducing impersonation and keeping access tied to a known Discord identity.

Designed for proxy based networks, Sentinel can block unlinked players while allowing configurable bypass servers such as a lobby or authentication server. It also supports automatic Discord role assignment, staff controlled quarantine that can deny entry and remove online players, database cleanup when members leave Discord, and rate limiting for reliable API use.
