ProxyShield, VPN and Proxy Protection for Velocity

ProxyShield is a security plugin for a Velocity Minecraft server, designed to identify and restrict connections coming through VPNs and proxies before they affect your network. Its country filter can work as a whitelist or blacklist, giving administrators control over the regions allowed to connect.

For safer moderation, Discord webhook alerts report detections, while dry run mode records what would be blocked without disconnecting players. Silent mode suppresses staff and console notifications but keeps detections in the log and Discord. ProxyShield also provides commands and a dedicated block log. At BoxToPlay, it adds a practical layer of protection for proxy based networks without changing the normal Minecraft server experience.
