angelloNotifier is a Velocity proxy plugin that turns a Minecraft server network into a shared notice board. Administrators can publish network wide announcements, assign titles, bodies, and individual lifetimes, then keep a persistent history stored in YAML files on the proxy.

Players can review notices through an inbox, reopen specific entries, check unread counts, and receive previews when joining the network. Per player read states, deletion without renumbering, MiniMessage formatting, ignored servers, internationalization, automatic saving, and reload support make communication easier to manage.
