Ultra Bar, dynamic server messages

Ultra Bar is a Spigot plugin that gives a Minecraft server a clearer, more engaging way to communicate with players. It broadcasts configurable Boss Bars, Titles, and Actionbars, making announcements, welcome messages, alerts, and event feedback immediately visible without filling the chat.

Messages can be triggered when players join, die, or execute commands, while WorldGuard support can display an Actionbar when entering a region.
