CustomDiscs is a Java Edition plugin for Paper and Spigot that lets a Minecraft server turn available sound events into collectible music discs. It preserves the familiar vanilla jukebox experience while giving administrators control over disc names, base items, sounds, and custom model data for personalized textures.

Through the /customdiscs or /cd command, you can add, list, remove, reload, and distribute discs to players. The plugin supports Minecraft versions from 1.16.5 through 1.21.8 and remains in beta, so BoxToPlay recommends it for servers seeking a flexible, immersive audio feature.
