TurtleZombies, Minecraft Server Zombie Apocalypse

TurtleZombies is a Bukkit plugin that transforms a Minecraft server into a cooperative survival challenge. An administrator can trigger an apocalypse, spawn zombies around online players, and designate one or more players as infected. Infected players appear as zombies and spread the outbreak by killing survivors, while regular zombies and zombie pigmen can also transmit the infection.

Players can be assigned as survivors, zombies, or immune characters, creating clear roles and changing alliances during each event. Commands let staff start, reset, manage, or eliminate infected groups. Designed for older Bukkit versions, the plugin supports configurable worlds and requires DisguiseCraft for player disguises.
