Monster Tinker, a tougher Minecraft server datapack

Monster Tinker is a Java Edition datapack for Minecraft 1.20.1 that gives hostile mobs equipment inspired by Tinkers’ Construct. When they spawn, eligible vanilla creatures replace their usual melee weapons and armor with corresponding Tinkers’ Construct versions, adding variety and surprise to ordinary encounters.

Skeletons, strays, and pillagers can also appear with Tinkers’ Construct arrows, making ranged enemies less predictable. The result is a more demanding combat experience that fits naturally into modded survival and multiplayer progression.
