Version 1.21.5, nicknamed « Spring to Life », is finally available on BoxToPlay!

New Animal Variants
- Pigs:
Cold Pig: adapted to cold biomes such as taiga and windy hills, this pig has a thick coat to withstand low temperatures.
Hot Pig: found in hot biomes like the savanna and jungle, this pig sports a reddish-brown tint suited for arid environments. - Cows and Chickens:
These animals now have cold and hot variants, appearing respectively in cold and hot biomes, enhancing immersion in different environments. - Sheep:
The wool color of sheep now depends on the biome they spawn in. - Temperate biomes: colors remain unchanged with a predominance of white, and less common colors like black, gray, light gray, and brown. A small chance of pink sheep still exists.
- Cold biomes: black sheep are more common, while gray, light gray, white, and brown are less frequent. Pink sheep remain rare.
Visual and Sound Enhancements
- Wolves:
New sound variants have been added for wolves, making their interactions more diverse and immersive.
- Spawn Eggs
The visuals of spawn eggs have been redesigned to improve readability and accessibility, making them easier to identify.
New Flora and Terrain Elements
- Fallen Trees:
Fallen trees can now naturally generate, adding realism and character to forests.
New Blocks Introduced
- Firefly Bush: a glowing shrub that lights up its surroundings, bringing a magical feel to nighttime landscapes.
- Leaf Litter: covers the ground with dead leaves, producing a crackling sound when walked on and offering new decorative possibilities for forest floors.
- Wildflowers: yellow and white flowers appear in certain biomes, with four growth stages that can be accelerated using bone meal. They can be used to create dyes and beautify your builds.
- Bushes: add density to vegetation, enriching the diversity of natural landscapes.
- Short and Tall Dry Grass: found in arid biomes, it adds variety to dry plains and can be used for specific decorations.
Ambient Features
- Falling Leaves:
In forest biomes, leaf particles fall from trees, adding a touch of seasonal realism and enhancing immersion during your explorations.
Technical Improvements
- Accessible Test System
Game tests are now accessible via data packs thanks to the newtest
command, making it easier to create and share custom content.
