Sudo, Nukkit command and chat control

Sudo is a lightweight Nukkit plugin for a Bedrock Minecraft server, designed to let authorized staff make a player send a chat message or execute a command as if they had typed it. The simple syntax, /sudo player input, treats plain text as chat and input beginning with a slash as a command.

It supports basic selectors such as @a, @r, and @p, with @p selecting one nearby player, and can also be used from the console.
