OpTalk, private staff chat for a Minecraft server

OpTalk is a Bukkit plugin that adds a private communication channel for administrators and trusted staff on a Minecraft server. Messages sent through admin chat are visible only to players with the appropriate permission, keeping moderation discussions away from regular users. Staff can use /ac to toggle the channel or send a single message directly, while the OpTalk.chat permission controls access. The plugin also includes optional force say and message attachment tools for authorized users, giving server teams extra control during moderation.
