Better Chairs is a Bukkit and Spigot plugin that lets players sit naturally on blocks in your Minecraft server, turning stairs, slabs, and even selected full blocks into comfortable seats. It uses invisible entities to create a smooth seated animation while keeping performance usage low and compatible with versions from Minecraft 1.8 and above.

The project is currently marked as stopped, and the author invites the community to contribute or extend its open source code. With simple permissions, world filters, and flexible configuration for which blocks act as chairs, it offers a solid base that we at BoxToPlay appreciate for immersive lobby and roleplay builds.
