ChatColor, style and color your chat
ChatColor is a Java Edition plugin for Bukkit and Spigot servers that lets players customize the appearance of their messages. It supports Minecraft’s classic colors, hex codes, rainbow and gradient effects, with more than 16 million possible color combinations.
Players can also apply bold, italic, underline, or obfuscated styles, while permissions let staff control access to each option. How to add ChatColor to your Minecraft server
