KryptonFoxified, networking optimization for NeoForge

KryptonFoxified is an unofficial NeoForge port of Krypton for Minecraft Java Edition. It focuses on optimizing the game’s networking stack, with benefits aimed at both the client and the server. Inspired by work from projects such as Velocity and Paper, it improves internal packet handling and network processing without adding new gameplay content.

Its optimizations include efficient Netty handlers, flush consolidation, reduced memory usage, faster packet serialization, and improvements to entity tracking. The result can be smoother communication and lower server overhead, especially when many players connect. For our BoxToPlay team, it is a practical performance mod for a NeoForge Minecraft server, compatible with Minecraft versions from 1.20.2 through 1.21.1.
