Snowy Weather Minecraft Datapack

Snowy Weather transforms every biome into a frozen landscape. Rain is replaced by snow, including in deserts and other normally warm regions, while exposed water gradually turns to ice. Newly generated chunks become wintry, and existing areas freeze as players explore them, creating a persistent seasonal challenge for survival, building, and travel.

Snow can continue accumulating through an optional function that removes its usual limit, although extensive changes may affect performance. Caves and other dimensions offer shelter from the frozen Overworld. On a Minecraft server, our BoxToPlay team recommends it for players seeking a dramatic, fully snowy adventure.
