ModelApplier, flexible item models for survival

ModelApplier is a Minecraft Java Edition datapack that lets players change how items are displayed while keeping their original survival function. By assigning an item model identifier, such as a vanilla or custom namespaced item, an ordinary object can visually appear as a sword, tool, decorative prop, or other custom creation.

The pack also supports equipment models and paintings through its in game interface, making it useful for cosmetics, roleplay, adventure content, and themed builds. With the right resource pack, our BoxToPlay Minecraft server can offer richer visual customization without relying on a traditional mod.
