Death Swap is a competitive Minecraft datapack that turns survival into a psychological battle. Players are separated, gather resources, and prepare dangerous situations before their positions are exchanged at random intervals. A lava pool, fall, fire, or carefully timed mechanism can become a lethal surprise when another player arrives.

The objective is to outsmart opponents, survive every exchange, and remain the last player alive. Because each swap can turn a safe base into a trap, the minigame rewards planning, observation, fast reactions, and clever deception.
