BedrockTpll, bring /tpll to Bedrock

BedrockTpll is a Cloudburst Nukkit plugin designed for a Minecraft server running Bedrock Edition, particularly BuildTheEarth projects. It adds the familiar /tpll command, letting players teleport by entering real world latitude and longitude coordinates instead of searching manually across a large geographic build.

This makes visiting landmarks, locating construction areas, and moving between distant regions much faster. The command follows the usual latitude then longitude format and is intended for maps using a geographic projection.
