Sounds, a richer Minecraft audio experience
Sounds is a client side Minecraft mod for Java Edition that refreshes the game’s audio with more than 170 new sound effects. It expands UI feedback, chat messages, item handling, block interactions, and other everyday actions, while also improving vanilla sounds that feel out of place.
Support for Fabric, Forge, and NeoForge, along with configurable sound events and dynamic item and block audio, makes it adaptable to many modded setups. Because it runs on the client, it can enhance your personal Minecraft server experience without requiring server side changes.
